Who You Are

  • You’ve got 3+ years in a salon as a fully qualified stylist and a solid skillset (colour, cuts, styling)

  • You’re confident, reliable, and not afraid to be real with clients.

  • You bring something different — a point of view, a personality, a vibe. You may be really into a really unappreciated style of music, vintage clothes shopping, historical re-enactments or simply love people and bringing positivity to their day. Just being authentically YOU is what we love to see.

  • You care about the details and presentation, if you sense or see something that isn’t right, you fix it.

  • You’re always eager to upskill and learn new things.

  • You want to be part of a salon where you’re not just a number.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • EX4 3AN. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • 3 years salon experience post qualification is an absolute must. We aren’t able to considered applicants not at this experience level.

Licence/Certification:

  • NVQ Level 2 qualification minimum (required). NVQ Level 3 desirable.

Work authorisation:

  • Permission to work in the United Kingdom is required. We aren’t able to sponsor applicants.
